Lee Smith Customer Relationship Manager

Lee has been a key member of the Lloyds team since joining our Manchester branch in 2001 at the age of 16. Lee’s current role includes ensuring that the company's high level of workmanship and customer care are adhered to at all times. Lee is the manufacturers' first port of call and it is Lee’s responsibility to ensure that all our staff are up to date with all aspects of their job from dealing with customers, to carrying out the repairs as per the manufacturers exact requirements.

Lee’s love for the industry started at the age of 12 when on Saturday and Sunday mornings he had a job at his local car sales centre valeting cars. At 16, Lee left school after being offered a position with Lloyds as an apprentice paint sprayer. Lee developed quickly within the company and soon after qualifying was promoted to Parts Manager and shortly after that succeeded in his application to become our Customer Relations Manager. Lee's “can do” and “nothing is too much trouble” attitude makes him ideal in a customer facing role.
