I wanted to personally thank you and all your team for your professional service and fantastic workmanship on my Bentley Bentayga. Your company was recommended to me by Bentley Manchester and I have been so impressed with your quality of customer care and detailed craftsmanship carried out by your engineers. Our car sustained low speed impact to the front wing while park up which we thought was very minor. On assessing the car your engineers reviewed every aspect in great detail and while the estimate shocked us in terms of overall cost it is clear to see from the end result your attention to detailed was necessary and rewarded. Your assistance in obtaining a replacement vehicle of a similar type was beyond that expected from any business and again I would like to thank you for your care and professionalism in helping us though this unfortunate experience.

Just a short message to thank you for the first class service provided by you after the accident I had in my car. From me receiving your call requesting the insurance claim number, you handled everything and gave regular, informative updates right through to delivery of the car which, as you said it would, arrived in pristine condition. When I phoned LV insurance to make the claim, they told me it would cost an extra £200.00 if I was to use Bentley’s preferred repairer, well thanks to you, I can say it’s probably the best £200.00 I’ve spent in a long time.
