Front of house at our Liverpool branch, John will ensure that the customers experience of Lloyds Autobody is as seamless as possible. Johns tasks include taking the initial call direct from the customer, keeping the customer fully up to date with the works being carried out on their vehicle and signing off the final paperwork during the return of the vehicle after all works are completed. His role also includes on-going manufacturer training to ensure that all relevant customer care procedures are adhered to.
John's previous employment as a front of house entertainment officer was a natural stepping stone to his current role in Lloyds Autobody. John knows that being involved in an RTA can be traumatic and his natural ability to put customers at ease and go that extra mile makes us proud to have him as member of team.BackView Our Services
