David Blevin - Vehicle Damage Assessor/Quality Control
An instrumental member of the Lloyds team, David is one of 2 damage assessors based full time at the Liverpool branch. With responsibilities including both off site and on site vehicle assessments, David’s role is to ensure that all operational aspects of a vehicle repair are carried out to the highest possible standard from start to finish. Helped by his meticulous attention to detail David has the ultimate responsibility of ensuring the customers car is in prime condition before it is handed over.
An essential part of a Lloyds vehicle assessor role is keeping up to date with all manufacturer updates and training, an ongoing process vital to ensuring that both himself and the rest of the team are up to date and competent to carry out repairs on all our manufacturers models both new and old.
David left school at 16 for an apprenticeship in mechanics becoming qualified at NVQ level 3. After 8 years as a mechanic David then qualified as MET Technician, 5 years later he was offered his current role at Lloyds and has never looked back.
