Neil McMillan - Vehicle Damage Assessor/Quality Control
Neil has been a vital member of the Lloyds team for the past 12 years and works alongside David Blevin at the Liverpool branch. His roles include both off site and on site vehicle assessments and ensuring that all operational aspects of a vehicle repair are carried out to the highest possible standard from start to finish. Neil reaffirms that an obsessive attention to detail is critical to carrying out his role to the best of his ability.
An essential part of a Lloyds vehicle assessor role is keeping up to date with all manufacturer updates and training, an ongoing process vital to ensuring that both himself and the rest of the team are up to date and competent to carry out repairs on all our manufacturers models both new and old.
After leaving school at 16 years old to complete an MET and panel repair apprenticeship, he started with Lloyds as an MET in the workshop. After 3 and a half years in the role Neil demonstrated his ability to progress to his current role.
