John Tickle - Collector Driver
John joined the Manchester team in January 2001 as a collection driver, a role he is enjoying to this day. John prides himself on his ability to assess the requirements of each and every one of our customers and then ensure all their requirements are met. He is often the only face that a customer sees so it is crucial that John maintains the high-quality service demonstrated in the branch when he is out on the road. As a HGV class 1 driver requiring reassessment every 5 years, John also attends regular manufacturer lead courses to ensure he is compliant with all models of vehicles he may need to recover. John takes enormous pride for the regular feedback he receives direct from customers for always going that extra mile.
After leaving school at the age of 16, John tried his hand at landscaping but it was a brief stint in valeting that convinced John he wanted a career in the car industry.
